Stand by their word
I recently had my brakes redone, and I don't drive my vehicle that much. When I did take it out after sitting for a while. A small issue was found, and I took it back at the request of Bill, the provider. They immediately took in my vehicle, road-tested it, and stood by their work, fixing the glitch at no cost. In the over 20 years I have been going to this Probressive Automotive location, glitches are very uncommon, and the service has been nothing short of great. But when they occur, they are right on top of them. Bill has an impeccable work ethic, stands by his services, and is a man of his word. That is a rarity these days.
