Great service
Very customer oriented and as I found out when I paid my bill also trustworthy. I was surprised when I paid my bill for the diagnostic as my engine light was on that I was only charged for what I was quoted the day before. The mechanic explained he only thing he had do was tighten the Airflow and no parts were needed! The shop Certainly earned my trust, my son and I both will call on shop when problems a raise or inspections are due! Regards Jeane Hergenrother

Better and nicer then the dealer!
I have been going to progressive for 19 years now.
They are honest
They will tell you what needs to be done right away and what can wait.
Marcie up front is sunny, knowledgable, and hs been there longer then I have been going. Billy the head mechanic is a non nonsense man who will honestly explain your car’s needs.
I recommend them to everyone.

State emissions and inspection
I had a great experience here. I ended up having to reschedule my original appointment and they were very understanding. I appreciated the flexibility. The option to actually set an appointment and wait instead of dropping my car off for the day was a life saver, especially with two working parents and a toddler. Plus, their waiting area is very welcoming and they have wifi. I was able to work while I waited.
