Had what appeared to be a repeat of a previous problem but turned out to be a need to replace the battery. Jon did so and even met with me on a Saturday so I would have me car for the weekend.
Shortly thereafter I traded in my car for a newer, smaller vehicle...but a new battery and all of Jon's past work helped me to squeeze a few more dollars out of my trade.
