Cliente VerificadoHello every one ..I looked on my data base to see the service date and I came agross miss winnas visit to our shop last july and left with unpaid balance of $2100 and she never paid also for parts we special order For her at her request ..so of course she needed a reason so she can not pay the rest of the balance ..thats why she is out of the shop and we have issued a complaint againts her ..my marketing team send a thank you letter to her by mistake and that's why she respond to this. I work really hard to have a great reputation and I don't want one person who cheated me out of money to speak lies about our work.

When i finally picked my car up from him, he gave me a new price of $3779.94 he said that he did some ac work (did not ask him to do that) and added hood shocks (did not ask him to do that) Basically he performed unauthorized work and is trying to charge me for it
Not even a month later the drain on my vehicle is back and the car does not start. I contacted him to fix the issue and he told me that he put a lien on the car because i didn't pay the remaining balance on the work he performed. I never agreed to anything over 3200
I took my car to a different mechanic and they told me the drain is still present in the vehicle and that it is coming from my seat module and overhead module. These are things Fadi said he fixed.
Fadi was unpleasant the entire time I worked with him, i asked him for updates on the car and he told me I was pissing him off and trying to rush him, i had to go down to the shop to get him to tell me where he was at with the car but had an attitude with me the entire time. He was rude, unprofessional, he lied, and tried to gaslight me. Now he's trying to over charge me for work he did not do.
