I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a vehicle along with exceptional service. Although there was some miscommunication at first, I was immediately contacted by the general manager and manager to address concerns that I had. They were able to resolve the issue I was having and I am very glad I chose this dealership to purchase my brand new hyundai. :)

Regret

My car was wrecked and I decided to come here because they had a car that I was interested in. The car was just under 27k. It was unavailable anywhere else so I had no other choice. I felt really comfortable with the salesman but never again. I had to look at my paperwork today and noticed that I had been charged about 2000 for prep. In the contract it didn't even show itemized as prep but I noticed the sales price was about 2k more then what I was told the car was. When I made contact with the salesman I was told they had sent over it with me which is not true. Luckily I had a friend who could confirm that the prep fee was not discussed. We had talked about GAP and some kind of tire protection which had to be included in the price. The tint has small bubbles and is not even prefect like you would expect. I was told I could bring it back to get fixed but it is about 45 min from my house. I had bought a brand new elantra in the past and it was not required so I'm not sure why it was required. I just feel so stupid for signing paperwork trusting that I wasnt being fooled. Now I have a car that is worth less than 27k yet my total for everything was over 32k with 2 k down. All I can say is make sure you don't get fooled. I regret ever doing business with them.
