Stand by their warranty!

I had my car, 2009 Chevy HHR, in for repair to the transmission in Dec. 2024. Repairs were made and everything was under warranty for 36 months, 36 000 miles. The transmission started acting up again in March 2026. Still under warranty. I notified Price's transmission and they made an appointment for it to be brought in. Vehicle was towed to shop. I was notified what the problem was and approximate day it would be ready. They kept me updated and the vehicle was ready earlier than expected. They also notified me of a service repair I might cosider having done to my car after manager test drove the car. Drove home with no issues. Very pleasant folks. No argument! I will update if needed. At this point I definitely recommend Price's Transmission at Witchduck Rd. and Cleveland Street for transmission service!
