Subpar Communication
Advised to have tire change. Made app't several months later. Told on arrival that tires were not there and that I needed to alert dealership days before arrival. Made another app't to purchase tires and wheels aligned. After an hour after est installation time, told that alignment had not been done to unavailability of mechanic. Could have been told earlier. Explanation of terms for future maintenance were not clear even after requests for repeating info were made.
