Car not fixed needs transmission after 50,0000 miles
After more than a month sitting in their shop, no new transmission. Service says parts are not in. No loaner available. This is unacceptable. I do not recommend buying a car from Price or having it serviced.

Too long to get into shop
The starter on my car failed and I had the car towed in. Was disappointed that it took a full week for the car to make it into the shop for what was a quick repair.
Once in, however, the staff was helpful and courteous.

Still the best!
I had an oil change and a few added items to be done.
Always good to walk in and see Daniel and the crew smiling and laughing.
You don’t see that nowadays.

The great service keeps me coming back, the smiles are an extra welcome!

Always Friendly
I brought my car in for an oil change, and waited while the work was done (actually walked). The wait was not very long and Sarah is always so so attentive even if she's on a call, she always acknowledges that she sees you and will be right with you.

Danial Cole got a new engine for my 2012 Sonata after my car quit on me and had to be towed in. Because I had it serviced at Jim Price and all the recalls had been performed
The way Jim Price and Hyundai stood behind its product and service record was very impressive. Danial Cole was able to get my engine and starter replace with a lifetime warranty completely free to me. I was only disappointed that Jim Price could not find a loaner or rental car for me during the three weeks it took to get the parts and repair completed. Overall, i am really happy with the experience.

A once great dealership, now racing to join the others at the bottom
I always thought that branded dealerships did everything they could to take advantage of customers. Then I found Jim Price and my opinion was changed for almost 20 years. Unfortunately, they seem to have joined the “stick it to them” club and now I feel like they are trying to take advantage of me every chance they get. What is more, their service standards have slipped dramatically. No one will return your calls and, should you be lucky enough to speak with the service advisor, she won’t call you back with the information promised. (This has, btw, happened repeatedly, so this isn’t a one-off fit of pique on my part.)

New Hyundai engine
I appreciate the way the team at Jim Price Hyundai took care of my engine replacement. The loaner car was much needed and the process was easy. Daniel in the service department made sure my car was taken care of. The only small suggestion: have someone check the interior of the car for cleanliness before returning it to the owner. The driver’s side door and floor of my vehicle were scuffed and quite dirty but nothing that a quick wipe down couldn’t fix. It didn’t detract from a five-star rating though.
