Kelly said the problem is not repaired. The technicians told her to call if she was still having problem. They're professionalism was very good. They gave her credit on the diagnostic fee, in light of how they went about repairing the vehicle. They had to go through a process of illumination. The muffler is repaired but the oil is still leaking.
