Just wanted to give a big "thanks"to the people at Preferred Auto. The transmission on my car went last Christmas. I didn't know who to take it to and several people told me about Preferred. The repairs were done quickly and the price was very reasonable. Six months down the road the car started leaking oil and back I went. The main oil seal needed replacement and they waived the diagnostic fee and I had my car back the next day. The price was very fair which was a releif. Three days later the car was towed in due to a problem with the breaks. They called me at work to tell me it was all set and no charge! I had such a bad streak they gave me a break. When you receive that kind of service and care you can''t help but want to tell everyone about it. Great place to do business with and even though my luck with repairs on the car hasn't been great, I was fortunate enough to find a GREAT MECHANIC!
