Great, fast service

Right before the holidays, my car encountered several issues all at once. Preferred was able to get me in the day I called, in the middle of the day, and was ready by the end of the next day. Incredibly fast service from my experience. While my car was in for service, I was getting updates from the front desk about what they were finding, asking how I'd like to proceed, and giving various options and recommendations. I only interacted with the front desk woman, and she was an absolute delight to work with. I cannot recommend these guys enough!
