SERVICE
I just brought a 2025 Hyundai Sonata July 18, 2025 and the car went 20 miles and hour. I couldn't go over that speed so I cut the car off and back on. Then it started working correctly, but with some hestiation.
So I took the vehicle to Pohanka Hyundai Service Center went in, one service manager Christian said someone will be with you in a moment she walks out and leave. I stood there for 5 minutes no one help me, so I seen another lady who was a lane service manager she told me some will be with you I'm about to leave.
So Mr.Bishop was servicing someone else which I understood. As I was standing there another customer came in and Mr. Sean started servicing her that customer was put in front of me after I've been standing there for 10 minutes.
So another lady ask was I okay, and I said "no" because I'm standing here and customer was put in front of me. Mr. Sean didn't ask to help me , and so another lady she proceed to the head Manager in Service and he act like he didn't give a care.
So he argue with the Lady who was concern about me, and said why you telling me! So the service I experience there really sucks, I would suggest NOBODY take there car there for service. But after waiting for 15 minutes I did get waited on by Mr. Bishop which it wasn't any of his fought because like I said he was servicing a customer when I walked in. But then to tell me I have to wait 5 day before I get my NEW 2025 Sonata seen because there is a back long for system servicing is ridiculous. But he did suggest for me to take it to another Hyundai dealership. Which I am, but POHANKA SERVICE Manager and some of the lane service managers except Mr. Bishop are so disrespectful. To have someone waiting and ignored, is totally unacceptable. I hope I don't have to come back there again.
