Once again--had a great experience. Not my first 100% great experience. This situation was time sensitive though--nail in my tire. I emailed Charlie who replied before work and said, bring it right in. I called and received the same friendly can-do-it attitude. Had my car there at 7:30 and it was done, new tire (they had to get), oil change/check and I made it to work for the afternoon. Excellent customer service + knowledgeable mechanics= happy me! You can trust them to do the work that needs to get done and ALSO trust that they will not do things that don't. HIGHLY recommend PCC!
