When I returned to report this, the service advisor dismissed the issues before even checking the car, repeatedly interrupted me, raised his voice, and even implied I was lying. Staff were laughing while I tried to explain, which was extremely disrespectful. I was also threatened with a $540 charge if the issues were “not found” and left without shuttle service.
I’ve sent a full complaint but received no response yet.
