I bought a new Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross GT S-AWC 2024

It was a great experience going to the Platinum Mitsubishi dealership. The staff politely approached us and greeted us with a big smile.

It was a great experience working with Manny Maranao to elaborate every detail of the car. The specifications, accessories, and paperwork were explained proficiently. The conversation runs smoothly until the end. In the buying process, the field management was very reliable and trustworthy he repeated the process without hesitation. Explained it carefully to my parent with care. And offer protection to maintain its finest.

Overall:
I had an awesome experience getting my first car. I am driving this in a week now from work. The stability and the performance were great. And can't deny the fuel economy of this car. It was a very comfortable heated seat with good-quality surround music. In our family car, the seat is the worst. Every time I sit it hurts my back. Driving this car in very thick snow and icy road with -25 degrees Celsius. It shows its well-balanced 4-wheel dynamic performance. The traction is so great that even traffic at an incline position won't slide the 18-inch AWD. The LWD, BSW, RCTA, ACC, MVCS, and Auto High Beam (AHB) work fine. I would like to Thank the Platinum Mitsubishi Team for putting a lot of effort into preparation before giving it to us. Also a Big Thanks to Our sales consultant Many Maranao and field manager Alex Chan for a stress-free and hassle-free enjoyable car buying experience.

Very professional
December 11, 2024 I recently purchased a 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander Phev from Calgary Platinum Mitsubishi and I was impressed with the quality of their service. I generally cringe shopping for vehicles, however I found Johnny Sam, our Sales Representative & Alex our Financial Services Manager were professional, knowledgeable & friendly. Easy and no pressure sales transaction

Straightforward and easy transaction
The turnover was quick and seamless as all the information that we needed have been provided. No pressure sales and add ons which is very typical with car dealerships. We could have pushed more to get the very best deal that we can get but what we got was great and I think fair. Mike have been very helpful and would recommend to anyone wanted to get a Mitsubishi vehicle.
