Dealership still hasn't processed the payoff
The Service Department has been excellent. However, Sales and Finance have been very disappointing.

It has been more than a month since my trade-in, and the dealership still hasn't processed the payoff because they never notified the finance company. Their inaction has left the account showing past due and has put my credit at unnecessary risk. I have made multiple calls and sent several messages, but they have not responded.

Sales and Finance should handle timely processing and basic communication as a standard practice. Customers should not have to chase down updates or repeatedly follow up to get something this simple resolved.

I expect them to resolve this issue quickly and to make meaningful improvements so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
