Good experience
Pleased with the service and response. A small suggestion, I had to call twice to get an update on when my tire replacement would be done, I got very concerned, since I asked that it needed to be done on thursday,I was leaving the Cape on Friday. It would have been great if I was picked up at least a half hour before the tech had finished thus saving time, it took into late afternoon.

Very high-end service!
Being a business owner, I do not have a tremendous amount of time to deal with companies that do not do what I ask! That being said, we choose platinum, because of their professionalism and trust. I trust that they will do what my vehicles need.

Always done right the first time
I bought my car from Platinum as a used vehicle in Feb. of 2015. From then to the present, Platinum has performed 90% of the maintenance. My car now has 248,000 miles on it and it is still going strong thanks to all the friendly and capable personal at Platinum Auto Service.

I have 5 vehicles, 3 of which are valuable classic cars. I trust Platinum Automotive completely . They have always provided me with excellent service at a reasonable price

Spring Cleaning
When I received the "Spring Cleaning" notice I jumped right on it. My car desperately needed it! They did a beautiful job in addition to a few extras I was having issues with. They found other areas that needed attention including my brakes which needed immediate replacement. Their free shuttle service was immensely appreciated and much needed.. I've been using Platinum Auto for several years now and am very happy with them.
