Very high-end service!
Being a business owner, I do not have a tremendous amount of time to deal with companies that do not do what I ask! That being said, we choose platinum, because of their professionalism and trust. I trust that they will do what my vehicles need.

I have 5 vehicles, 3 of which are valuable classic cars. I trust Platinum Automotive completely . They have always provided me with excellent service at a reasonable price

Spring Cleaning
When I received the "Spring Cleaning" notice I jumped right on it. My car desperately needed it! They did a beautiful job in addition to a few extras I was having issues with. They found other areas that needed attention including my brakes which needed immediate replacement. Their free shuttle service was immensely appreciated and much needed.. I've been using Platinum Auto for several years now and am very happy with them.

Top Notch!
Been looking for a car mechanic for 2 years. (Subaru dealership is excellent, but pricey.) A friend from Church recommended Platinum, and has been going there for many years, before they expanded. The place is impressively clean. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I received a detailed report of all work done, as well as what to pay attention to down the road. I am very pleased and will be happy to tell anyone about them.

Wonderful customer service
Everyone I spoke with was very helpful. The service was more than expected for my quote of price. The explanation of what needed to be fixed was in layman’s words. My only regret is that Iam so late in finding this company. I have already told 5 people about my experience and gave them directions.

Great service
I have been bringing my vehicles here for a few years now, I really like the thorough multi point inspection that is done, with pictures of any issues they find. I never feel pressured to have any additional work done.

The best
Platinum never disappoints. Did what I expected and more!
So glad I found them. Used to travel from South Yarmouth to Plymouth (dealer) for service. AAA man recommended Platinum and I am so glad he did. Why did I not know they were located “around the corner”? And a ride there & back in a Lincoln Continental with the most courteous people I’ve met in a long time ! Can’t beat that. Here is a business that knows what “service” means. Worked with Nick this time, but others at earlier times. ALL are great!
