Terrible customer service -Do Not Shop Here
In March 2023, I took my car in for oil change and it got totaled while in the garage. Knocked off lift by a runaway golf cart. I was a loyal customer to this dealership since 2007 and they wouldn’t even offer me an acceptable deal on a replacement car. Offered only to sell me a car at “cost”. Greedy and lack good customer service. They do not care about the customer, only their profits. Chad Holderfield is a greedy man!!! I’ll never give these crooks a penny of my money again….

Very good people workers very respectful and no problem out of no one there besides when they fix the first motor mounts they should have looked at the other motor mountand I went ahead and go back

Key fob
Told me it would take roughly 2 hours and were done way before so that was nice, LOL! The workers have excellent customer service and were very knowledgeable about questions I had they didn’t pertain to the key fob.

Service Review
The service was great. Charlotte was very accommodating. The transportation van schedule needs work. There was no mention of the 7:30 start time by the scheduling department. I needed to be at work by 7:30. Charlotte was able to get me to work on time.

Thank-you  for your feedback. i apoligize that we did not communicat the shuttle schedule to you prior to your appointment. The shuttle runs from 8-5 Mon. thru Fri. if we have staff memebers free earlier or later than the schedule we try and accomadate what is needed. Have a great week.

Follow up
The service is good, however, if they need to follow up that is a huge issue. The staff states they’ll follow up but they didn’t return my phone call after several messages were left.

Extremely Helpful Staff
I recently purchased a vehicle and two days later after leaving, the motor started knocking. They were so quick to contact the Hyundai corporate office and arrange for me to have a new motor installed, at no cost to me. They also provided me with a rental vehicle, at no charge, so that I would be able to still get around until my vehicle was fixed. I was so appreciative and they’ve certainly earned my business for life!

Quality and care just not there
After receiving superb service during my first couple visits I was really impressed by this location and planned to remain a loyal customer. However, customer service and quality has drastically declined over my last few visits. I’m not sure if it’s just luck of the draw on a service advisor and team or if it has declined across the board at this location. My last visit left me less than impressed and seriously considering seeking out another service center. Everything about my last visit was subpar. Check in was not standard practice. After waiting at drop off, I was not greeted by a service advisor. I had to go into the shop and show that I had set an appointment. A simple oil changed turned into a three hour ordeal. After waiting for hours the shop pulled out my vehicle only to take it back into the shop with no explanation. Thankfully my husband was with me and upon them pulling the vehicle back out 20 mins later he decided to pop the hood and inspect before leaving. After pulling the dip stick he found that the oil had been overfilled. He had to track down a service advisor and request this be correct and wait again. Over the course of this visit we had 4 different service advisors that we had to request service from. One to check in, one to request a fix, one to check out and one to answer questions about a basic service. This should not happen at a dealer certified service center for such a routine service. As if that wasn’t bad enough, no responsibility was taken for the mistake. The explanation given was that “Hyundai’s have a wonky dip stick and are hard to read”. Isn’t reading a dip stick the most fundamental of skills for a technician? Again, I was less than impressed and will likely not return to this service center.

Pinehurst Hyundai is the BEST service department I have ever used. I only take my vehicles there. Shannon is so great to work with and she make sure every thing get done right

Great Service
Went for an oil change and rotation, but also to get advice on what I needed for my Santa Fe with 88k miles to keep it in great shape. Anthony went over all the recommended maintenance and what was essential now, and what could wait. He took all the time I needed and answered all my questions. I have always had great service and will keep coming back.
