Just too busy
I scheduled an appt for a specific issue that I had to wait 3 weeks for. When it was time for the service, the staff said everything looked good and there was no need for additional maintenance. A couple hours after driving away the same alert came on and when I called to get assistance…I was required to get scheduled another 3 weeks away. My husband and I have loved our Hyundai vehicles and we have been extremely loyal but with the increased vehicle issues, lack of availability and minimal effort to help us out from senior staff members, we are ready to move on.
