This particular situation, where you wanted after market pads for your vehicle, and the parts were not coming in correct. After trying 3 different sets, we got the parts from Toyota and didn't charge you for the factory parts. We also discounted the bill and gave you the oil change and tire rotation for your wait. The oil change original price coming out to around $70 included full synthetic oil, which is more expensive but what your car calls for. We do try to make everyone satisfied, and would love the chance to service you again and show you it's not always a bad experience.
