Don't trust your car to the people at this place.!!!!!!!!!! I DROVE my car here to get a quote to have the convertible roof fixed and just a quote to see how much it would cost to have the TCM reset. When I returned to pick it up it was stuck in 1st gear, no longer drivable and was told I needed a $6000 transmission. THEY erased the data in the transmission module and are trying to sell me a $6000 transmission . The car is only worth about $4500. How can you return a vehicle to a customer that that was brought in for a convertible roof diagnosis and an estimate to reset a computer module to a customer needing a new transmission and not take responsibility?? They either have no idea what they are doing there or extorting people on purpose. After telling me to come pick up the car and making arrangements to have it towed, they now want me to pay them $300 for their "diagnosis", basically for breaking my car, or they won't release it. I thought it was strange that after he told me it was going to need a new transmission he offered to sell me another mini instead that belonged to another customer. Bait and switch. I am not the only one they have done this too.

Outstanding place to do business!
Probably the best all around remaining Volvo repair shop in Eastern NC. Chris and everyone there are just an exceptional group to deal with...to include the smart lady who handles billing along with other services. It's worth the 95 mile drive for service because they get it right!...

Trust worthy with results
Chris and his associates have always been upfront and with what is needed for either diagnostic check or for more involved attention to two of our cars. Matthew has taken his time to explain needs and time frame for any work on our cars. I trust PAS with our vehicles.

Made to feel valued.
I bought my BMW to PAS back in Sept as I was in need of an oil change and micro-filter. BMW wanted Double what I was charged by PAS and, their service was outstanding. I asked that they also check my brakes and, was extremely impressed they said I still had some time remaining before they need replacing. That kind of honesty gets my return business and, recommendation to anyone looking for a 1st rate auto specialists to service your vehicles needs... Thank you Team PAS !!!!

Awesome Service, Great Staff
These guys are great, they have serviced all my vehicles from BMW M3 to 1968 Ford F100 classic pickup for the past several years. I don't ever leave reviews but it is so difficult to find good service that I felt like these guys really deserve it.

Easy to do business with.
Performance Auto Specialists does a outstanding job with my Mercedes Benzs. I have two and never hesitate on taking my cars there. I know that they will always use authorized mercedes parts and maintenance procedures. Never had a problem.

Awesome Service, Great Pricing and a very family friendly atmosphere...
I had my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee overland summit in for service along with some other repairs, everyone up there treats you like family and is very concerned about making sure you understand everything that is going on with your vehicle and what is needed to repair it.

Fixed a part that didnt need it.
Fixed a part that was not vital and proceeded to lie about more work needing to be done . I imagine a lot of people get taken in by this or don't mind having extra work done. We however count this experience as a despicable theft. They did offer to do more work at a reduced rate but they offered again to fix something that was not the main problem. They are either inept or liars. Go elsewhere.

Great service
Took my Volvo in for repair due to running rough and service engine on. Chris diagnosed the problem and gave me a cost estimate. They were spot on and no hidden fees. My faith is restored that there are reliable repair shops out there. Service was great. Chris was so helpful explaining the scope of work. I highly recommend you give them a try. Thanks Chris you have a great service department at a great price.

Possibly Save Money, Save Time, And Get Guaranteed Great Customer Service!
I took my Honda Civic 2002 to the shop last week to get it looked at because it was having trouble starting up each time I drove it. The day after I called, Chris told me to bring it in the next day! Within that next day they diagnosed the problem: my car was running at 250 degrees when it should have been at 212. My car needed a new thermostat, valve gasket, and they figured out why my air conditioning stopped working. Chris told me to give him a call when I was ready to get the car worked on, not even a week later my car was fixed and has been starting up great! (Not to mention I love the fact that I have air now that's getting hot) I got my 10% student discount which was a huge plus, I saved about $70! My favorite experience at this auto shop was that even though I was a woman with very little knowledge of vehicles, Chris and the couple other staff members I spoke with never talked down to me like I've experienced at other shops in the past. If my car needs anything else before I move, I will be back!
