Don't trust your car to the people at this place.!!!!!!!!!! I DROVE my car here to get a quote to have the convertible roof fixed and just a quote to see how much it would cost to have the TCM reset. When I returned to pick it up it was stuck in 1st gear, no longer drivable and was told I needed a $6000 transmission. THEY erased the data in the transmission module and are trying to sell me a $6000 transmission . The car is only worth about $4500. How can you return a vehicle to a customer that that was brought in for a convertible roof diagnosis and an estimate to reset a computer module to a customer needing a new transmission and not take responsibility?? They either have no idea what they are doing there or extorting people on purpose. After telling me to come pick up the car and making arrangements to have it towed, they now want me to pay them $300 for their "diagnosis", basically for breaking my car, or they won't release it. I thought it was strange that after he told me it was going to need a new transmission he offered to sell me another mini instead that belonged to another customer. Bait and switch. I am not the only one they have done this too.
