Policy--no loaner car available; use another dealer.
I went several days without a car while the mechanics tried to replicate the problem I had with starting the car. No loaner car was offered, although my family has purchased eight Hyundais!

Mr. Martin I am sorry we could not duplicate the concern,  I even tried myself to get the car to act up and could not.  I do believe we met in the showroom and talked for a bit. I told you I could get you in a rental if you needed me to.  You had a ride at that time and did not need the rental.  The offer still stand if you need a rental in the future just have my guys get me and I will make it happen as promised.  We do not have a set loaner car problem like we talked about but I will make sure you are taken care of.  I'm sorry we recieved such a low score from you.  We tried everything possible to duplicate your concern.  If you have any problems in the future or any questions feel free to reach out to me.  Have a great weekend.
