Abhorrent corporate and dealership behaviour
Hyundai has obfuscated for 10 months to avoid replacing a RECALLED (due to fire risk) 2015 Santa Fe engine. Shameful corporate behavior, aided and abetted by the Pearson Hyundai dealership which did not return phone calls or emails for months and months. My family member has not been able to drive their car for 10 months. How is this fair when there is a known GLOBAL RECALL acknowledging a dangerously deficient engine) and Hyundai has been sent copies of all maintenance records (numerous times)?????

Ripoff
This place will sell you something then it's over . I bought 3 vehicles in a year an a half and went in with a issue today and the finance manage she was trying to help but the sales manager Rick or Dick he said he didn't want to hear it ,told me to leave and called the police. I was going to buy another one and Ryan Grant wouldn't even call back to help me with it so I bought it somewhere else . This is by far the worst place I have ever dealt with and truly will RIP YOU OFF .

I Arranged for an appt. to complete a service campaign to upgrade the IBU/BCM Anti-theft software of mr 2015 Hyundai Sonata
On Wed March 9th 2023 I called Pearson Hyundai, Service Dept. to arrange an appt for the dealership to perform a manufacture's service campaign to upgrade my 2015 Hyundai Sonata's IBU/BCM Anti Theft Software. I spoke with Dominique service advisor, who sent me to Destiny to arrange an appt to do the work. She said the soonest date they had an appt. was 11:15 AM on March 16. So I thought we scheduled the appt. Unfortunately, when I didn't get a conformation of the appt by March 14th. I called spoke with Kia and was told that "MY APPT WAS NEVER SCHEDULED.". I SPOKE TO KRYSTAL WOODSON, SERVICE CONSULTANT, THE EARLIEST APPT AVAILABLE TO RESCHEDULE WAS 3:00 PM THURSDAY MARCH 30TH.
2 WEEKS LATER. SO THANKS TO KRYSTAL I FINALLY GOT YHE WORK DONE RICHARD R.

The service team was always amazing. It has been reinforced and It’s even better. The renovation is a great opportunity to see their adaptability, their creativity and their professionalism. From the moment you park your vehicle to the moment you're invited to pick it up, they're up running, updating you on the ongoing. You even receive a text message to alert you that the service is done. How cool is that! You're briefed on the service done to your vehicle and the issues they may have found. No bs.

Highly informative and friendly service changed my perception
Hi There,

The service I received from Mr. Richardson and the Service Team is shifting my perception regarding the visiting car dealership.

My vehicle had transmission issues, so I went online to schedule an appointment. The next opening was approximately two weeks out. I decided to call, and a very professional and friendly lady informed me about the option to drop the car and provided me with an estimated time for the vehicle to be checked.
Checking the car was easy and quick. A few days later, approximately five days, I texted Mr. Jason to check the car's status. He responded that it needed a new transmission. My jaw dropped! Then, call Mr. Jason, who explained that the parts had been ordered and that he would arrange it if I needed a loaner. Also, he explained the repair and rental loaner costs are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. This explanation provided me with peace of mind.

Then, I spoke with Melissa about my recent visit experience, and she was very friendly, informative, and professional.

Your work is changing my perception of the visiting car dealership; at least I know that Pearson Hynday has highly professional and friendly people.

My car wasn't starting and Pearson was able to get me in next day. Another dealer told me I had to wait a month. I was very satisfied with the customer service and they were able to fix the issue on the first try.
