Are these Finance Managers Trained to Bully Their Customers?
My recent experience at this car dealership left me extremely disappointed by the utterly unacceptable conduct of the finance manager Roy. I must, however, commend the salesperson who was genuinely nice and helpful throughout the process.
Regrettably, my encounter with Roy took a terrible turn. After declining his insurances and extended warranties, he delivered the inexcusable remark, "you're buying a Ford," implying that I was making a foolish decision, and I was purchasing a vehicle destined for constant breakdowns. This was followed by derogatory comments about me being cheap.
The lowest point came when he callously declared, "life's definitely going to give you a hard lesson." This level of condescension and disrespect is not only disheartening but completely unprofessional, especially in a business environment. It's worth noting that the dealership records these interactions, so they possess the means to review the footage and witness this appalling behavior themselves.
He is the embodiment of why people dread buying cars from dealerships. I strongly caution anyone considering this dealership for their automotive needs to think twice, as no one should endure such unprofessionalism when making a significant purchase. Dealing with this guy was THE real hard lesson I had to deal with.
