Top notch customer service
Despite a glitch in meeting the estimated time frame, the staff had found a work around that saved me a couple hundred dollars in new parts. They kept me informed and even reimbursed me for the cost of the car rental due to the inconvenience. I always feel looked after and appreciate "going the extra mile" in their customer service.
