Overall good with a couple of hiccups
Overall the team at Parker were proactive and responsive when finding the vehicle we were looking for. However, after we specified the options we wanted to add to our new car at port did not get conveyed to Toyota and were not on the vehicle when it arrived at the dealership. They did acknowledge they made the mistake, which we appreciated. They were willing to meet us in the middle, covering more than half of the extra cost of options we did not order, but didn't mind keeping. Parker's product specialist, Isaac, was great showing us all the features and getting features set up before we left. And Parker's finance team, Lee and Connor, treated us with respect and were flexible to make sure we had the rates we expected.
