Out of state purchasing a vehicle
I'm from Montana and recently purchased a vehicle from Parker Toyota as I had purchased a vehicle several years ago from them and had a great experience. I corresponded with Jared who handled my online questions and he was very supportive, quick to respond and addressed all my questions and concerns. I had mentioned to Jared that I would be stopping by their dealership on my way home from the west coast on a specific day and approximate time only to be informed that was Jared's day off however not to worry as he would leave all his notes regarding our conversations and to still ask for him. When I stopped by and mentioned to the first salesperson that asked me if I needed assistance, I asked for Jared knowing that it was his day off. They mentioned that but they would get someone to assist me ASAP. In a few minutes Jayce found me in the lot and immediately felt very comfortable with his personality and eagerness to address my needs with the vehicle that I was interested in. I told him that I was just passing through and didn't have allot of time but wanted to test drive it and we could go from there. Long story short I ended up purchasing the vehicle that day and Jayce was a huge reason for my acquisition. All the staff was pleasant and helpful at the dealership and why I will continue to recommend Parker Toyota for a great auto purchasing experience.
