Hardly had time to sit down
I continue to be amazed by service here at Parker. Brought in my 2024 Highlander Hybrid for 50K service - checked in 30 minutes early and my service was DONE BY THE TIME OF MY PRIOR APPOINTMENT. I got my inspection info via text about 5 minutes after leaving my vehicle, and 20 minutes later J.J. texted to tell me it was done. He reviewed the inspection, and I left. I have never had such rapid and thorough service.
