Beware
I was in the process of buying the new vehicle I had selected. After a bit a time, they said I couldn't buy that car but they has another just like it, except with features I didn't want and lacked one I did want, and it would only cost a few hundred dollars more. It felt like a bait-and-switch. As far as I can tell I didn't get the dealer discount which everyone is supposed to get. I spent a lot of time discussing my needs for this car including the need to use chains from time-to-time. After buying studded snow tires and rims from Toyota, I read in the manual that I can't use chains on the 19" wheels they sold me.I wanted to finance the car with ICCU but they financed it with Toyota, which I didn't find out until the first bill came in the mail. I was okay financing through Toyota because the interest rate was lower, but they never informed me. No response from my sales person. Also, I had to have dealer things installed and they screwed up and I had to wait an addition hour and forty-five minutes for my car.
