Not superb communication about the battery installation.
The Rav4 was kept overnight for a cylinder ring solvent solution. We were called when the job was done and I agreed to a new battery installation at 11:00 AM. My wife and I made the half hour trip to Parker anticipating the battery would be installed by the time we arrived. We cooled our heels in the showroom until almost 2:00 PM before asked to come back and pay. You are still the best service available.
