Ashley said there was not a promised time for delivery of the vehicle. It took 5 weeks. She would have given them a top rating if they had not messed up one of the running boards by spilling an acid on it. She had to take it back to them to fix it. They did fix it to her satisfaction and she appreciated that but it would have been better if they noticed what they did and corrected it while it was there the first time. She was completely satisfied with the results of the auto body experience.
