Spoke with Dimin. She said took 2 months to get her vehicle back and she had to pay for the rental vehicle. She said the insurance company only paid for 25 days on the rental and the vehicle was there for 64 days. She said the battery went dead after 4 days. She said they did not give her a delivery date. She said she had to contact them and sometimes they didn't return her calls. She would not recommend for reasons stated.

Sheldon said the business knew when they started it would be a long process. He said it was a great experience though. They kept in good contact with him and a good understanding of the process with being very informative. The place of business appearance is very clean. He did resource which place to go to with the vehicle. He found this one was the only, they were recommended highly on the internet and it came out beautiful. They went above and beyond for him and the job looked brand new.

Garland said they did a horrible job , the vehicle was still damaged when she picked it up and they will not return her calls. . She said there was a 90 day delay but was not given a reason for the delay. She would not recommend for reasons stated.
