Bart said the door on his vehicle isn't closing correctly and they told him it was the rubber molding that needed to set for awhile. A wheel was also supposed to be replaced but was not, and he is still waiting on that. When he dropped off his vehicle, they told him it would take a couple of weeks before the insurance provider would get to it and so he asked them to bring his vehicle over to the service department for servicing in the meantime. They told him they would but they didn't bring it there until after the repair was done. The whole way they handled things like how they wanted him to pay and sign off on a list of things was not like any other interaction he'd had there before at that location. There was a lot of back and forth, and they were not helpful in solving the issues with the insurance provider. His vehicle wasn't ready when he went to pick it up, they still needed to wash it so he had to sit and wait for it. Things drug on and on. He chose this facility because he's done business with them for a long time and he knows some people in repairs and on the sales floor.

Rick said there was more damage to her vehicle, they pulled the glovebox and damaged it, there is overspray on the vehicle, they never fixed the tire. They said they want to replace it and when they went to check around, he was told they would send it to have it buffed. The vehicle was returned filthy inside and out, it had grease fingerprints wherever someone had touched, Raul did good, treated them fine. There was a misunderstanding, they took the vehicle in for insurance work only and were told all 4 tires need replaced, they assumed this was the insurance work and it took 6 weeks to find out it was not. They were not interested paying $7,000 for four tires, they didn't do the insurance work, the vehicle had had a decal on the back and when it was returned, part of it had been scraped off with razor and had to be replaced. They didn't say don't do the work, they just said don't do the tires because they didn't want to have to pay so much.
