Service department has Esprit De Corps
I give Palm Springs Hyundai service department a 5 star rating. I have had two lease vehicles purchased and serviced by Palm Springs Hyundai. I love their service department and how they never disappoint. Its so easy to schedule an appt. online. I always wait and receive the free car wash after the car is serviced. The show room & lounge is always welcoming. And especially their coffee machine LOL. My prior military service is showing USMC. The title of this review means....a feeling of loyalty and pride that is shared by the members of a group who consider themselves to be different from other people in some special way. I recommend this service department. Semper Fi from sterlingA.

Car breaks down during Vacation.
My wife and I were 130 miles away from home and our car battery died multiple times on a Saturday. Only a Hyundai dealership could solve my battery problem. I thought the worst because it was a weekend.

However, Josh from Hyundai Palms Springs answered my phone call and basically said I got you swing through. We arrived and got us in and out within 30 mins of arrival. I never had such a positive and welcoming attitude from any place. He basically treated me like family even though I never met him. He told me that I was a part of the Hyundai Family. What a dope guy!

2019 sonata
I have only required standard maintenance for my 2019 sonata. Scheduling was quick. Work done was on time ( I waited about an hour since the time I checked in). The car has been 100% reliable. I could not ask for more. My previous cars were luxury cars. The service and dealership was on par with the luxury dealerships and at reasonable prices.

Great Service @ Palm Springs Hyundai
I purchased my Hyundai in late 2020 from a dealership outside my area so when I started to require service I went to LQ Hyundai. They are the absolute worst. Poor follow through, inaccurate diagnosis and just horrible service overall. So with that frustration I decided to make a switch and start taking my Hyundai to Palm Springs Hyundai. After my first visit at PS Hyundai, I really regret that I didn’t go there sooner. The service and sales staff in the building are always courteous, helpful and have true expertise. They really know what they’re doing and I feel confident that they are not going to give me wrong info like LQ Hyundai often did. The advisors and service team at PS Hyundai are wonderful. I’m so happy to have Jenna Porter’s assistance to check me in and communicate with me each time I’ve been there. This will be my location moving forward. While LQ Hyundai was only 10 mins away, I am more than willing to drive 45-50 mins to PS Hyundai and utilize their team & facility.
