Terrible neighbor
We have rented a townhouse from OTPM for a number of years and have been extremely happy with our home. Recently we had new neighbors move in and they seemed great for about 2 weeks until a boyfriend started staying over. He created a terrible living situation for everybody in the complex with his behavior. OTPM was absolutely on top of correcting the issues and has returned the complex to what it was before. We all got to hear about how mean the property manager was from the couple as they were moving out.
