While we do appreciate when we are made aware of potential maintenance issues that need to be dealt with and in fact most of your many maintenance requests have been addressed. In this case your Demand was not approved by the property owner of the property on your timeline. Us telling you the work will be completed as the schedule allows and explaining the circumstances is not us being defensive, it is us being clear and direct that we cannot perform the demanded action on your timeline. Feel free to contact the office if you feel there is need to further discuss the decision and possibly revisit the issue.
We are a professional property management company charged with the care of rental properties and the tenants in them. Sometimes we get tenants that are great and sometimes we inherit tenants that feel that they can make demands and threaten bad reviews if they don't get their way. As far as the description of us being unfriendly and disrespectful, us denying demands are neither.
Unfortunatly you violated your lease, multiple times, within the first few weeks of taking residence in the property. In these cases we provide a informal warning, formal warning and then a lease violation. You received each of these.
