This company took my paypal money, but now will not ship item and will not cancel my order. "Too late", they say. I could understand if the item has shipped, but it has not. It seems like they are not very technically literate as I don't think they know how to cancel online orders or give refunds. Now I am having to go through the process of filing complaints with Paypal, which is a pain. I would avoid this company if possible.
