scam artist
Never heard of that if the owner of the car got sick and had to leave that you wouldn't tow car even when they leave you there license and calls you when they get there. Couldn't take it but they were willing to take it for 150 dollars CROOKS.

So sorry you may or may not have been aware of AAA policy that member must be on scene and present for service which we must verify.  We are only following procedure.  Best of luck.

I was with my daughter in her Mercedes when she had car trouble. She called AAA they gave her a time it got so as she had to be at work for a meeting so i told her i would wait for the tow truck to get there. She gave me her license and registration. So when the tow truck driver gets there he states that he can't take the car without her being there. I show him her License and reggie and he said that she had to be there i told him she was but you guys didn't show up on time and she had to be at work. So he calls the manager at Liberty Bell car care and she proceeds to tell me that she has to be there in order for them to take the car to a service shop. Then she proposes that if i want them to tow the car it would be $150.00 . Of course i told them what they can do with it. And i told my daughter to report them to AAA. At the moment she couldn't she was in a meeting and would do it later. I don't know if she did she lives elsewhere. But i am a AAA member as a secound member that's why i decide to give these guys at Liberty Car Care This kind of ratings . Taking advantage of stranded motorist. I really hope AAA DUMPS them.

called ahead, got an appointment in 30 min. Drove right up and they started working on my car.

Liberty bell Great customer service
After having my car towed to my house through AAA I was introduced to liberty bell. They came back another day to tow my car to the shop no additional fees, ran test and let me know of the issues and fixed it. Even after another issue popped up they took responsibility fixing it free of charge. They also care about there customers a lot. I have an older car that needed work I wanted to get it flushed first but the let me know that it's better to take care of certain things first before that when they could've just done the work I asked I really appreciated that the put what was more important first instead of just taking my money

Liberty Bell has become my go to shop for car issues. They explain things in easy to understand language, they don’t try to upsell you, staff is very easy to work with.
