Patrick guided me throughout the process of my repair. He called or emailed every few days on what was happening to my Subaru Forester. He was very kind and answered all my questions. He even work with Kimberly at Northpark Subaru to get an oil change and check before I picked up my Subaru Forester. And I even got a replacement Northpark car emblem.
