I have picked up our vehicle after a warranty replacement of the transmission. I hope to avoid this dealership service group if at all possible.
This site is VERY selective on it publication and very few poor reviews are shown. Your guess for that is probably as good as mine. However, if we don't have access to all the written reviews the site evaluation of the service department is misleading and some professionals may have a field day with that.
