Exceptional service
I have had my Santa Fe since 2018. I purchased it at Hyundai of Nashua. I chose to stay with them for service. I have been very satisfied with the result! There has been a change in personnel with the Service Manager, but I am very happy that Brendan is now in that role! He was a wonderful service advisor and I have no doubt he will be a phenomenal Manager! The Service Advisors that are and have been there since the start, are truly your selling point! Without them and their courteous manner would make dissatisfaction sore. Keep up the great work and I commend all the staff in the service department! Thank you for keeping me safe on the road!!

I have had a great overall experience with Nashua Hyundai. They called me when my part arrived and had me out the door in the time frame they quoted. The people working in the front end of the service department were polite and prompt getting me checked in and answering my questions.

Save yourself time and money - GO ELSEWHERE!
Don’t ever get work done at Nashua Hyundai. Went in for a recall on the Evap system of my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe XL they replaced it, and broke my actual canister during the recall where it bolts to the car, see RO below (which they spent all of 20 mins on the recall and didn’t smoke the system to check for a leak which I have spoken to other dealerships and that’s required!) I was literally there for 20 minutes TOTAL for the original recall repair so there’s no way they did the recall and smoked the system to check for a leak… then my check engine light comes on so we ran the code and it came up for a small evap leak and I take it back to them and they tell me I need to replace the part cause it’s broken…. There’s a crack where the mounting screws go into the frame, so someone over tightened something during the recall and snapped it. And want to charge me $400 to replace something they clearly broke while doing the recall…. My car was FINE before this…. OH and the service advisor mentioned a possible break before they even looked at the car… What a coincidence!!!! And the service manager will not call my fiancé back… ?????? DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!

Fantastic Service
I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received from Nashua Hyundai. From the quality of the work performed too professionalism of the service writers and technicians. Everyone goes out of their way to ensure your issue has been corrected. My service writer Darlene does an excellent job at all times from booking my appointment, then following up to make sure my service and or repairs were handled to my satisfaction.

I will not take my Hyundai to any other dealer. I feel the same way with the sales staff they are all excellent

I have had repeated positive experiences with Hyundai service. Easy to schedule visits and they take care of everything efficiently and smoothly. Team members, particularly Darlene, go out of their way to help find any coupons/discounts/warranty coverage applicable to my account.

I never have to wait long for my oil changes. I do prefer ONLY to set up any appointments if Darlene and Brendon are working. They are the BEST!! I only like dealing with them two.
