I have had two different cars need immediate work done on them for different reasons. I made contact with the owner last minute and both times he was accommodating, and quick to help. He was communicative and friendly. He was friendly and not overly expensive and obviously not trying to nickel and dime ppl to death. Especially appreciated in the kind of economy we live in today.
