This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Quinten,the owner of this franchise came to my house December 3,2025 to look at my stove. He said he needed to order a part and charged me $920.00. Quintin informed me that I was a priority customer and this would be handled quickly. It is now January 15,2026 and I haven’t heard a word. I was without a stove over the holidays and still am not sure when it will be fixed. I reached out to his office twice and they could not give me answers. I am 60 years old and have never written a negative review but I hope people read this and go elsewhere
