Comfortable Experience
After buying 2 Mitsubishi's and liking them both, one was totalled and we weren't sure what to buy. We went back to Motorcity, but decided to look around some more. Vince was helpful and not pushy. After checking around and being advised of certain incentives, we went back to Vince, but a dilemma between 2 vehicles arose. So, we left again to think some more. Vince, again was very patient. After further consideration of other deals and vehicles, the decision become clear and Vince immediately made sure we got the vehicle we had been talking about. His help through the process was stress free and a positive experience. The only issue was going through the extended warranty process, and making sense of it. Best decision was to complete the financing and purchase the warranty separately, which gave me time to think.
Can't say enough good things about Vince, who made us feel very comfortable in our decision.
