Your technician badly misdiagnosed my car noise as being transmission related when it was really a front-right wheel hub bearing. That's a pretty bad call isn't it? I think it is. That doesn't give me the confidence that I need to entrust my car in his hands. You guys in the front office are super nice but you need to review your choice of guy in the back. I will be trying John' Foreign Auto Repair for a while. It's not as convenient as your place but so far they are 1 for 1.
