Great service.
Took my 2013 Camry with 300K miles on it in for a check up. The communication was great, they provided a list of repairs, no pressure. The shop is spotless which tells me a lot about the how they run the operation. This is my second time there and I highly recommend AJ USA.

Great service as usual
Had my cars serviced here many times, they are great. They have never overcharged me and never had me do unnecessary repairs, in fact talking me down on occasion from doing repairs they don't think are necessary.

Broken down '98 Ford Explorer
My '98 Ford Explorer Sport had a frozen hood lock and really bad squeezing suspension. My experience with Scott in the service dept was exemplary. They managed to get my hood released after some finagling and lots of elbow grease. But the expense for repair of the suspension issues and a newly found issue with the master cylinder was a hard but honest discussion with Scott. Repairs faaaaaar outweighed the value of my car. I recommend AJ's hughly as I am unemployed currently and Scott helped me to keep my car fixed(is) and functioning until I can afford a replacement vehicle. I felt seen, heard and taken care of. Thank you AJ's and more importantly, Scott!

Fast and friendly and they called me promptly!
We had a regular service on our Porsche Macan. It was completed promptly the day after I made the booking. Some other problems were found, and our options were clearly explained. We chose to do the most urgent work and deferred the rest with no pushback.

Excellent service and highly qualified personnel.
As a previous shop owner myself I have to commend the guys at AJ's . They spotted and repaired my smog related problem quickly and at a reasonable price. I can recommend their honesty and experience. It is hard to find honest players in this business, I'm happy to recommend AJ's to those looking for quality and reliable auto repair.
