I was totally taken advantage of by their unfriendly story changing staff

Service inspections are done poorly ie tire pressure 45 46 47 35In the passenger airbag is off The detailing was poorly done . In May I was grieving the mother of my son They totally took advantage of me I walked in with a pre-approved Loan for $20,000 At 3% interest 60 months and $3500 cash. They told me the payments would be $400 They got me another loan approved For 5.6 percent Interest 84 months So now I'm paying $2792.00 interest For my 2017 Sonata The payments Are at $189.00 for 84 months. I could've got Payments of $212 For 60 months And paid a whole lot less for interest With the pre approved loan that I walked in with. The whole experience took 4 hours The car was not delivered To me at the time that they promised And even though I purchased the car in may when the license plates came They said April And I have to pay car insurance For the time that I didn't even have the car in my possession.
