Excellent Experience
Called Monroe's Garage to see if they could get my vehicle back to operating/driving conditions. Front desk personnel said to bring it in early Monday morning,and they would diagnose the the car problems. Fast forward 2 to 2 and half weeks later I have my vehicle back with it running and performing as if it came off the lot. Before they did any work they notified me of the situation and the price of parts and labor.They actually found me a refurbished part which was half the price of a new part,which kept me from spending thousands more than I did.The front staff is respectful and I would highly recommend this business for your mechanic repairs!

Great Service!

AMAZING!!!
The staff here is so friendly and welcoming. I dropped my car off on a Friday they called later that day and informed me what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix it. They informed me that the part had to be ordered and it should arrive Monday. Monday afternoon I did call to check on it and they told me it would be ready by close on Tuesday. The NEXT DAY!!! Was very surprised that it was going to be so quick. I became even more surprised when they called me at 11:15am on Tuesday and told me it was ready. Price was not bad either.

Excellent Last Minute Service
Great customer service and excellent maintenance. They were able to get me in last second before I have a 2k mile drive ahead of me, and made sure they can knock it out before they close for the weekend. They really helped us out quickly when no one else could. Big thanks to the team!
